At this time of year when when part of our focus may be on choosing presents, let's remember to choose PRESENCE too! The Divine Dance unfolds in Presence. It is a force that can heal divisions, bridge hearts, and awaken us to the shared humanity that binds us all.

November - Compassion. The more we are able to embody compassion the more we are able to see beyond the surface, beyond the pain and suffering, to the essence of another being - their divine spark. This recognition fosters a sense of unity, a knowing that we are all expressions of the same universal spirit

Through the lens of awareness, we discover not just peace, contentment, and creativity, but the very essence of our own being shining brightly. 

When we cultivate connection in our daily lives we experience a profound transformation. We discover a wellspring of love and compassion within ourselves and all who cross our path.

Courage is not simply the absence of fear, but a potent force that ignites the journey towards our authentic selves. It is the flame that illuminates the path through darkness, the strength to face our shadows, & the unwavering resolve to answer the call of our highest potential.

Discernment is a magnificent compass that aligns us with our soul’s true north, filtering out inner and outer "noise" and leading us towards inner peace, fulfilment and wise choice making.
