Boldness as our Guide

Are you ready to risk everything you know for everything you ARE?

The spiritual path often requires profound “boldness.”

This boldness isn’t reckless abandon, but a willingness to dare to live authentically, love unconditionally, & be guided by universal intelligence rather our limited “little” self.

The books by Dr. Laura Williams, Nancy Yearout, Sonia Choquette, Louise Hay, Mastin Kipp, and Dr. Kelly Brogan beautifully illustrate how the spirit of boldness propels us toward deeper spiritual understanding & personal freedom.

Dr. Laura Williams’ “What to Do When You Feel Broken” exemplifies boldness in facing trauma and negative patterns. Her personal journey of healing after immense loss is a testament to the courage required to dismantle destructive conditioning and rebuild a life of meaning. Her book invites us towards introspection & encourages us to break free from what holds us back.

Nancy Yearout’s “A Guide to Angel Communication and Spiritual Laws” encourages reconnection with the divine. In a world often detached from its spiritual roots, Yearout’s work is a daring call to rekindle our bond with Source Energy and the Angelic Realm. It takes boldness to open oneself to unseen forces, to trust intuition, and to embrace universal laws that strengthen our spiritual connection, ultimately spreading love and harmony.

Sonia Choquette’s “Uplifting Prayers to Light Your Way” highlights the boldness of persistent faith during challenging transitions. Prayer, as she describes it, is vital sustenance for the soul. This book encourages us to invoke divine assistance, trusting that heartfelt invocations provide strength and courage to navigate life’s turbulent currents. It’s a bold act to surrender to a higher power while actively seeking guidance.

Louise Hay’s “The Power Is Within You” champions the profound boldness of self-love. Hay’s philosophy emphasises that true power resides internally, requiring us to listen to our inner voice, release past hurts, and embrace self-acceptance. It takes immense courage to challenge deeply ingrained societal and personal criticisms and instead choose a path of radical self-affirmation and healing.

Mastin Kipp’s “Reclaim Your Nervous System” calls for boldness in addressing the impacts of trauma. This book offers a transformative guide to understanding how our nervous system holds the key to healing and potential. It’s courageous to engage with trauma-informed practices, acknowledging the body’s role in spiritual and emotional well-being, and proactively working towards post-traumatic growth.

Dr. Kelly Brogan’s “Own Your Self” presents a bold alternative to conventional mental health approaches. She challenges the notion that difficult emotions are pathologies to be medicated away, instead advocating for an exploration of their underlying meaning. It is a powerful portal to reclaiming one’s authentic self.

Each of these authors, through their unique lenses, champions a form of boldness—whether it’s the courage to heal, connect, pray, love oneself, or challenge prevailing paradigms.

The truth is, choosing boldness isn’t really as bold as it sounds especially when we realise WE were the ones getting in our own way! And when we realise that, life is likely to unfold in wondrous ways.
