Inside Australia:

Flat $8 delivery charge for any order – Australia wide. Buy on-line, or phone us if there is something special you would like.

We use Australia Post

Not applicable for delivery outside Australia. .

Outside Australia:

If you want delivery to outside Australia we will get a freight quote for you through Australia Post. Please contact us for more information.

Dispatch and Delivery Time

We aim to get all orders dispatched within two business days.

Special or Urgent Deliveries

If your order is urgent, please be sure to let us know in the comments section at the end of your order and we will contact you to arrange a quicker delivery method.

Due to the higher costs involved, we will charge you the actual cost of the freight charges. We do not charge a handling fee.

Returns and Cancellations

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law – we will refund you for any product purchased from Global Contact which is found to be faulty.

If a product is not faulty, but you wish to return it or cancel your order, we will not refund but, in certain circumstances, at our discretion, we will provide you with a credit note.

If you wish to cancel an event purchase or deposit, we will not refund but, in certain circumstances, at our discretion, we will provide you with a credit note.

This is subject to the many various situations which we will consider respectfully.

Special Orders

If there is something we don’t stock at any time, we will do our best to order it in for you, and contact you when it arrives.

You can either come and pick it up or we can arrange to deliver it to you according to the above rates.
