What a Soul Session is
An unhurried hour (or ninety minutes) in the quiet private space behind Global Contact shop – just the two of us. You might arrive with one particular question or challenge – a crossroads to weigh, a decision that won’t settle. Or it might be many things at once, tangled together until it can feel too much, and you’re not sure where to begin – longing for some clarity. Or you might be facing loss, grief, or a death – your own, or someone you love. Or you might simply need space to be heard, & to hear yourself. There’s no script. I listen deeply. Connected in Presence, I can often sense what your own Soul is murmuring beneath the busy, noisy mind – what you may not, yet, be able to see or hear for yourself.
I don’t hand you answers. I help you gently untangle the knots so you can hear your own. You are the One you seek – my part is to help you find your way home to that knowing, and to trust it.

What this is – & isn’t
I believe in being completely transparent, so you know exactly what you’re saying yes to.
This is not therapy, counselling or psychology, and I’m not a psychic or a fortune-teller. I won’t predict your future or tell you what to do. What I offer is deep, attentive listening, and the intuition that comes from meeting you in Presence. It’s spiritual support, not clinical treatment, and not a reading. I’m not a guru either – my whole aim is to point you back to Yourself.
And if you’re carrying something that appears to require professional care, I’ll say so honestly and help you find the right support. This work sits alongside that kind of help, never in place of it.
A little about me
“Can I have a session with her?”
That “her” is me. For 26 years I’ve been the custodian of Global Contact here in Berry, and for most of those years people have quietly leaned across the counter to share what’s really going on for them. Time and again I’ve been asked whether we might sit down properly, away from the shop floor. For a long while I said no. Lately the nudge to say yes has grown too strong to keep ignoring – and so, here we are.
I didn’t arrive here in a straight line. My fascination with people & their inner lives began decades ago, with study in psychology and sociology.
But the real learning has come from 26 years of heart-to-heart conversations across the counter, & from certified training*: the Eckhart Tolle School of Awakening (and two of his retreats), the Inner MBA founded by Tami Simon, & Sacred Deathcare with Dr Sarah Kerr, along with the teachings of Caroline Myss. I’m still unfolding, and I say that gladly. It’s exactly what lets me sit with you as a fellow traveller.
