During February we are focussing on the importance & impact of being truly open – in our hearts and minds – surrendering to the Universal flow.

Integrity is about aligning our inner & outer lives. It’s about living authentically, expressing our true selves through our words & actions. From a spiritual perspective, it is crucial for our spiritual growth and well-being.

Advent Day 12 – Presence. Insights into why stepping into the present moment is not just a feel-good practice, but the very essence of spiritual awakening and essential in life’s unfoldment.

Advent Day 11 – Compassion. The more we are able to embody compassion the more we are able to see beyond the surface, beyond the pain and suffering, to the essence of another being – their divine spark.
This recognition fosters a sense of unity, a knowing that we are all expressions of the same universal spirit

Advent Day 10 – Awareness. Through the lens of awareness, we discover not just peace, contentment, and creativity, but the very essence of our own being shining brightly.
